MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bill co-founded Enco Insights and leads the company day-to-day. A former lawyer and entrepreneur, Bill has over 20 years of experience in consultancy, law and investment banking including at Goldman Sachs and Risk Advisory Group.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Paul is co-head of HC Group and co-founder of Enco Insights. He is also the founder and host of the HC Commodities Podcast. Paul joined HC Group in 2004 in the London Office. In 2007 he launched HC’s Americas offering, basing himself in Houston.

SENIOR MANAGER

Antonia heads the client operations team at Enco. A Chemical Physicist by training she started her career at Merck Group. Prior to joining Enco, Antonia was in the core team at a rapidly growing advisor network, where she played a central role in driving the company’s evolution from start-up to dominant industry player.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE  

Dorka is a Senior Associate at Enco Insights, supporting the Expert Witness division. Prior to joining Enco, Dorka worked as a Consultant at an Executive Search firm, where she honed skills in client relations and research. With a Master’s degree in International Business Law from King’s College London, Dorka brings a legal and business foundation to her work.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Eirini leads advisor relationship management at Enco Insights' Lisbon office, with diverse experience spanning multiple industries. Before joining Enco, Eirini worked in Private Equity at a global expert network, fostering relationships with European clients and driving growth in Digital Transformation and Healthcare.

ANALYST

Cátia is an Analyst on the Client Operations team at Enco. With a background in International Relations and Economics, she supports expert engagement and sourcing for global projects. Since joining Enco’s Lisbon office in 2024, she has researched across industries to match clients with the right experts.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Katie supports internal operations at Enco Insights, ensuring efficiency across processes and systems. With a Master’s in Management, specialising in sales and marketing strategies, she brings a business-driven approach to optimising team performance.

HEAD OF CONTENT

Harry oversees Enco Insights’ content and marketing as part of HC Group. Harry was previously a senior content strategist and senior writer at a global marketing agency, supporting clients including McKinsey, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and the World Economic Forum. Educated at Oxford and Cardiff, he spent a decade with the BBC as a business journalist.

SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETER

Giancarlo supports the Enco team on a range of fronts, including live events and digital design. He was previously a Senior Marketing Executive at Getech, a subsurface resources intelligence company. Giancarlo has a Masters Degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Bergamo.
